Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of mortgagefunnelsuit.com and, together with any signed order or agreement, the Mortgage Funnel Suite services. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
The services
Mortgage Funnel Suite provides website, funnel, CRM, automation, review, reporting, governance and AI Engine services for mortgage businesses. Plan features, prices and launch timelines are described on our pricing page and in your written quote.
We are not a lender or advisor
Mortgage Funnel Suite is a website and marketing technology provider. We are not a mortgage lender, broker, loan originator or financial advisor, and nothing on this site is an offer to lend or financial, legal or compliance advice.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your licensing, NMLS registration and compliance with advertising, privacy, fair lending, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, RESPA, TILA/Regulation Z and state laws for content you approve and messages sent on your behalf.
- You approve website content, disclosures, templates and AI knowledge bases before they go live.
- You obtain any consents required to contact your leads and borrowers, and you keep accurate records of them.
- You keep your logins secure and tell us about unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory content; no messages to people without required consent; no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the services; no fake reviews or testimonials.
AI features
AI Engine features answer general questions from an approved knowledge base and hand conversations to licensed staff. They are configured not to quote rates, approve loans or give advice, but you remain responsible for supervising them. See our AI disclosure.
Fees and billing
Fees are as quoted in writing. Setup fees are one-time. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term and then continue month-to-month until cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans are paid in advance. Usage fees (carrier messaging fees, AI Receptionist minutes over the included amount) are billed as incurred. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Content and intellectual property
You own your content, brand and data. We own our software, templates and know-how. On full payment, you receive a license to the website content we wrote for you for as long as you use it.
Your data
You can export your data at any time. After cancellation we provide a full export within 30 days on request and then delete it according to our retention schedule.
Third-party services and names
Some features rely on third-party platforms (for example messaging carriers, social platforms or search engines) whose rules and availability can change. Third-party names on this site are trademarks of their owners, used for identification only; no endorsement, partnership or integration is implied unless stated in writing. We have no affiliate links on this site.
Warranties and limits of liability
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in a signed agreement, the services are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or loan volume. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
The governing law and venue are set out in your signed agreement. Absent one, these terms are governed by the laws of the state where our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Changes to fees for active subscriptions take effect only after notice.
This policy is written in plain language for transparency. It is reviewed periodically and before launch by counsel; if anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
