AI Disclosure

Where and how we use artificial intelligence, and the guardrails we put around it.

On this website

Mascot illustrations and infographics on this site were created with an AI image model from our own briefs and checked by our team. Written content is drafted and edited by our team. Sample conversations are written by people to illustrate the AI Engine.

In the AI Engine

  • The AI identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call, chat, text or DM conversation and whenever asked.
  • It answers general questions only from a knowledge base the client approves.
  • It does not quote rates, APRs or payments, pre-approve or approve anyone, or give loan, legal, tax or financial advice.
  • It collects contact details and consent, books or transfers to licensed staff, and saves a summary to the CRM.
  • It answers the same question the same way for everyone, to support fair lending consistency.

Call recording

When recording is enabled, every call starts with a recording notice. Some states require all parties’ consent; clients choose whether to record.

Texting and messaging platforms

Texts go only to people who opted in, on carrier-registered numbers, with STOP honored immediately. Social DMs follow each platform’s messaging policies; TikTok messaging is used only where the account’s access allows.

Data handling

Conversation transcripts are stored with the contact in the client’s CRM. Borrowers’ conversations are not used to train answers for other clients.

Humans in charge

A licensed person can take over any conversation, and clients review transcripts and reports. Report a concern through the contact page.

This policy is written in plain language for transparency. It is reviewed periodically and before launch by counsel; if anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
