Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Mortgage Funnel Suite ("we", "us") collects through mortgagefunnelsuit.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. We are a website and marketing technology provider for mortgage businesses; we are not a lender.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, work email, phone, company, role, number of loan officers, messages and anything else you type into our forms or share on calls.
  • Attribution data: the page you were on and campaign parameters such as utm_source, gclid, fbclid or msclkid, stored in your browser so we know which page or campaign brought you.
  • Device and usage data: only if you allow analytics cookies, anonymized analytics about pages visited.
  • Client data: when a mortgage business uses our suite, we process data about its own contacts and borrowers on its behalf, under our agreement with that business.

How we use information

  • To reply to your request, prepare quotes and provide the services you sign up for.
  • To send service and account messages, and marketing messages you agreed to (you can opt out anytime).
  • To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, if you allowed analytics.
  • To protect our forms against spam and abuse (for example, a security check from Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • To meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (hosting, CRM, email and messaging delivery, security, analytics if enabled), under contracts that limit their use, or when required by law.

Data we process for our clients

When we host a client’s website, CRM or AI Engine, the client controls its borrower and contact data and is responsible for its own privacy notices and consents. We process that data only to provide the services, keep it confidential, and return or delete it at the end of the contract.

Cookies and similar technology

See our Cookie Policy for the exact items we store and how the consent banner controls them.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client account information for the life of the account plus the period required for legal, tax and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you believe your information has been compromised.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing (we don’t sell or share), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Use our data request page. We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Text messages and calls

We only send texts or make marketing calls with your consent. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes here and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
